The Journey to Your Pup
Submit an Inquiry
Begin by filling out our inquiry form as a member, or contact us directly. Tell us a little about your home, lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a puppy.
Phone Consultation with HLK
We schedule a personal call to get to know you, answer your questions, and discuss which puppy from our program would be the best match for your family.
Review & Sign the Breeder Contract
We'll send you our comprehensive breeder contract via DocuSign. This document outlines health guarantees, responsibilities, and the care standards we expect.
Place Your Deposit
A non-refundable deposit secures your puppy and your place in the litter. We offer multiple payment options including card, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm.
Puppy Updates & Matching
Throughout the rearing period you will receive photos, videos, and updates. For members, live 15-minute video sessions with your puppy are available.
Go-Home Day
When your puppy reaches the appropriate age and health milestones, we coordinate pickup in Arizona or discuss transport options with approved carriers.
